Shift Timing: 4.00pm to 1.00am (Monday to Thursday - Work from Office & Friday- Work From Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Endpoint Engineering Specialist to own and engineer the enterprise Apple endpoint environment.

The role focuses on managing, securing, automating, and optimizing macOS devices and Jamf Pro, ensuring reliable device provisioning, application deployment, security compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and administer Jamf Pro, including policies, configuration profiles, Smart Groups, Extension Attributes, packages, and Self Service.

- Manage Apple device enrollment and lifecycle workflows using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).

- Design and implement macOS configuration standards, security baselines, and compliance policies.

- Automate endpoint management tasks using Bash/Zsh scripting and Jamf APIs.

- Manage macOS application packaging, deployment, updates, and patch management.

- Implement FileVault encryption, certificate management, identity integrations, and endpoint security controls.

-Troubleshoot complex Jamf, MDM, enrollment, application deployment, and macOS-related issues.

- Lead major incident investigations, root cause analysis, remediation, and preventive actions.

- Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, deployment standards, and compliance evidence.

- Drive automation, standardization, platform improvements, and enterprise macOS lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise macOS administration and engineering.

- Advanced expertise in Jamf Pro, including policies, profiles, Smart Groups, Extension Attributes, and device enrollment.

- Proficiency in Bash/Zsh scripting, application packaging, deployment automation, and Jamf API integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, MDM, and device lifecycle management.

- Experience with FileVault, macOS security baselines, certificates, compliance, and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of enterprise identity integrations, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and endpoint security.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Jamf Pro Administrator or Jamf Pro Expert certification.

- Experience with Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, and Platform SSO.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and enterprise security integrations.

- Experience managing large-scale or global Apple endpoint environments.

- Experience with macOS migrations, automation, ITSM processes, and major incident management.
