End User Support Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage endpoint patching, security updates, and compliance.
• Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
• Administer Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support device lifecycle management.
• Deliver onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support records.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, BitLocker/TPM, and endpoint security.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, ManageEngine Endpoint Central (Desktop Central), and Qualys.
• Experience with endpoint patch management and software deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience in vendor coordination and asset management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, or IT Support.
• Microsoft/CCNA certifications are an added advantage.
