End User Support Engineer at Top European Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to banking users.
• Handle incidents, service requests and production issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, network, VPN, hardware and application issues.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops and applications.
• Manage user profiles, accounts, passwords and access-related requests.
• Monitor applications and IT infrastructure.
• Log, track and resolve incidents through ITSM tools.
• Escalate critical/complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Support banking and dealer applications.
• Participate in UAT and functional support activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow banking security/compliance standards.
