End User Computing Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of End User Computing professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years' experience in End User Computing or related field.
• Proven track record in team leading or management role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of EUC processes, including Service Desk Management (ITIL Framework) .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
