End User Computing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) solutions using various technologies such as VDI, Azure Active Directory, and Service Desk.
• Provide technical support to end users on desktop engineering issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in End User Computing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of VDI technology and its implementation in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in managing Azure Active Directory for identity management purposes.
• Experience working with Service Desk tools for incident resolution.
