End To End Closure Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Manage the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT products and service solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT products and services sales.
• Proven experience in independently managing the complete sales cycle.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
