About this role
Own the configuration, integration, and production support of Encompass and ICE TPO Connect for the Delegated Correspondent channel. You’ll translate business rules into Encompass/EPC configuration, stand up delegated delivery workflows (MISMO 3.4, stacking orders, purchase review), and support go-live/hypercare for partners, funding, and QC teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and support the Encompass Loan Origination System
- Develop or make changes to Business Rules/ Forms/ Triggers/ Custom fields
- Manage security and user access to the Encompass software.
- Monitor Encompass performance and proactively respond to any advisories.
- Provide administrative support.
