Emulation Engineer

Role: Pre Silicon Engineer or Emulation Engineer

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Synopsys Zebu emulators.
• Hands-on experience with ARM Architecture (Cortex-M7)
• Own and bring up emulation cutdowns cutdowns for large SoC and IP blocks to improve emulation performance and turnaround time.
• Adapt and port test benches to run efficiently on hardware emulation platforms.
• Debug and resolve issues related to AVIPs and transactors within the emulation environment.
• Lead the bring-up and setup of emulation platforms ( Zebu) to ensure readiness for verification runs.
• Test case development using C in a bare-metal environment
• Pre & Post Silicon IP Functional Validation using emulation platforms such as Zebu and Palladium
• IP Validation for USB, PCI, SPI, CAN, and similar interfaces
• Debugging stability and corner-case issues using T32 Debugger, Logic Analyzer, and related tools
