EMS Head

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive engagement and build relationships on all levels of key decision maker
• Deep understanding to connect relationship from ODM to EMS operation on Top Key Accounts
• Understanding Flagship Project coming to India & Preparing Strategies to gain more share for Panasonic Components both Automotive and Industries.
• Managing Top Management Relationship with Top ODM/EMS in India for both Industrial and Automotive
• BP Management, Review New Biz Opportunity and set right goals in line with Demand condition of EMS operations in India.
• Keep Customer Direction as objective and decide right and aggressive action plan to support BP achievement.
• Deep understanding of Global Situation of EMS and Tracking of transfer of Projects to benefit India.
• Align with Biz Division and take their mind share for India especially for Al E Caps, Resistors
• Collaboration with intra department, product manager, segment manager and global business units and members.
• Bring Effectiveness in RFQ conversion to Biz
• Show Active participation to Organization common objectives for the Personal Development

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-17 years of experience of Sales in Electronic/EMS/ODM Eco System

• Know how of Industrial Market
• Sales Management/KAM
• Leadership
• Product Know how, Strong understanding of EMS ecosystem
• Presentation Skill and Articulation at Management Standa
