Employer Connect Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships with industry partners to secure placements for students.
• Coordinate mobilization efforts to promote skill development programs and services offered by the organization.
• Manage tie-ups with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Ensure effective placement coordination through timely communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in corporate relations, corporate relationship management, mobilisation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the education sector and its needs in terms of skilling initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with corporates and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
