Role Overview

The ER role is responsible for managing employee relations, handling grievances, ensuring discipline, and maintaining a healthy work environment across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth issue resolution while maintaining compliance and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in labour laws and statutory compliance
  
• MBA in HR from a reputed institute preferred
  
• Experience in audits with the ability to identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance
  
• Sound knowledge of HR legal frameworks and industrial relations
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
  
• Multilingual capability preferred (to manage diverse workforce)
  
• Experience working with blue-collar workforce and factory environments
  
• Location preference: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon (factory setup)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Employee Relations / a background in Law.
• Exposure to field workforce, sales teams / BFSI setup is an advantage
