The key priority is to identify a candidate with strong regional experience in handling complex Employee Relations (ER) cases. Candidates should have hands-on ER experience across multiple major APAC jurisdictions, particularly India, Japan, China, and other relevant markets.

Key Points to Consider:

• Strong hands-on experience in complex ER matters
• Exposure to multiple APAC jurisdictions
• Experience across India, Japan, China, etc.
• People management / line management experience
• Candidate should be open to a 3 to 6 month contract
• Preferably based in Mumbai or New Delhi
