About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Engagement & Onboarding Specialist to manage candidate onboarding, engagement, compliance, and deployment for US Light Industrial staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from selection to deployment.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, BGV, I-9, drug screening, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CEIPAL/ATS and client portals.
• Communicate with candidates regarding documents, start dates, shifts, and reporting details.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve deployment issues.
• Coordinate with Recruiters, Account Managers, HR & Payroll teams.
• Support employee engagement and post-deployment follow-ups.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Staffing / Non-IT Staffing / Onboarding / Staffing Operations.
• Exposure to Light Industrial staffing preferred.
• Knowledge of US onboarding & compliance processes.
• Experience with CEIPAL, ADP, ATS/CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a US shift.
