Employee Benefits Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement employee benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and administer benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal program performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee benefits offerings.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in health and benefits or related field (Insurance Broking).
• Strong understanding of various types of employee benefits (health insurance, life insurance, disability etc.).
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
