Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business processes.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyse existing workflows and recommend process improvements using industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, product management, UX, engineering, QA, and project management teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience interacting directly with US clients and business stakeholders.
