Emerging Corporate Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, CASA sales, and retail liabilities.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in banking or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of current account, CASA sales, and retail liabilities products.
• Proven track record of success in developing business plans and achieving targets.
