Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and customer-focused Emergency Response Executives to handle emergency calls and coordinate ambulance services efficiently. The role requires clear communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage emergency situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency inbound and outbound calls.
• Coordinate with ambulance services and medical teams for emergency assistance.
• Track emergency cases and provide real-time updates.
• Communicate accurate information to callers and concerned teams.
• Maintain proper records of emergency calls, case details, and updates.
• Follow established procedures for handling and coordinating emergency requests.

Eligibility / Requirements

• PUC / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good communication, listening, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle calls responsibly and remain calm in urgent situations.

Work Details

• Work from Office.
• Location: Bengaluru
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Rotational weekly offs.
