Emergency Physician Consultant

• Assess and triage emergency patients promptly.
• Manage medical, surgical, trauma, and critical emergencies.
• Perform BLS/ACLS and emergency resuscitation.
• Manage airway, shock, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies.
• Interpret ECG, ABG, imaging, and laboratory investigations.
• Perform emergency procedures as per clinical privileges.
• Initiate appropriate treatment and medications.
• Coordinate with specialists, ICU, OT, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate emergency medical records and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and attendants.
• Participate in emergency drills, training, and quality improvement activities.

Qualification

• MD/DNB/ MEM in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Valid medical registration.

Experience

• Relevant experience in Emergency Medicine/Critical Care preferred.
• Experience in handling emergency and trauma cases will be an advantage.
