Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel company, experiencing 60% growth Y/Y. You ll join a team driving the growth of our $40 million business by retaining high-value accounts at scale.

We re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. Youll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. Youll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, youre the first point of contact and youll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.

You ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. You ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a significant impact.
