Project Details

• Working on a highly regulated embedded software product where quality, reliability, and compliance are critical to the development lifecycle. 
  
• Developing automated software verification solutions using Python and Pytest to improve product quality and accelerate release timelines. 
  
• Validating embedded Linux-based applications through functional, integration, API, and device-level testing across multiple software components. 
  
• Building scalable test frameworks and automation infrastructure to enhance test coverage, execution efficiency, and continuous integration processes. 
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust software verification, defect prevention, and seamless product releases. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, and behavior-driven testing approaches for embedded software validation. 
  
• Perform manual and automated verification activities, analyze test results, and identify defects through detailed log and root cause analysis. 
  
• Review software requirements, design documents, and test specifications to ensure complete testability and verification coverage. 
  
• Validate APIs, device interfaces, serial communication, USB functionality, and embedded Linux applications in a CI/CD-driven environment. 
  
• Work closely with developers and architects to improve automation frameworks, optimize testing processes, and ensure high software quality standards.
