    About this role

    Job Summary
    We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Embedded Software Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about embedded systems and eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, real-world environment.


    Responsibilities
    • May have to interact with customers to clarify the requirements of the embedded product
    • Design, develop, test, and debug embedded software for microcontroller- and processor-based systems
    • Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code in Embedded C/C++
    • Work with hardware teams to integrate and validate software on target boards
    • Analyse and resolve software defects using debugging tools (JTAG, GDB, logic analyzer, etc.)
    • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system testing
    • Support development activities related to automotive embedded systems (if applicable)


    Skills and Qualifications
    • Must Have: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
    • Must Have: Good Knowledge in C/C++ programming languages.
    • Must Have: Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
    • Must Have: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
    • Must Have: Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Good to Have: Basic understanding of communication protocols
    • Good to Have: Basic knowledge of automotive embedded systems


    Recruitment Process
    1. Fill the registration form.
    2. Attend the online quiz (approximately 30 minutes).
    3. Attend the coding test (C or C++).
    4. Attend Technical Interview 1.
    5. Attend Technical Interview 2 at the Electrifex office in Kochi.
    6. Attend the HR interview at the Electrifex office in Kochi.
