Embedded Software Engineer - Bluetooth

We are looking for a skilled Bluetooth Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation wireless connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bluetooth Classic, BLE, and LE Audio technologies, along with solid programming skills in C/C++ and experience in debugging embedded and Linux-based systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Bluetooth software stacks and audio solutions, with exposure to Android AOSP Bluetooth HAL and Audio frameworks being highly desirable.

Experience : 6-10 years

Location : Bangalore

Role & responsibilities :

• Design and develop Bluetooth host software features.
• Contribute to advanced automotive Bluetooth solutions, including new feature development and optimization.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple software layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and validation engineers.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++; working knowledge of Python is required.
• Solid understanding of Bluetooth and BLE protocols, with strong expertise in Classic Bluetooth and LE Audio profiles.
• Demonstrated experience in debugging embedded and Linux-based systems.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within distributed teams.
• Experience with Android AOSP, particularly in the Bluetooth HAL and/or Audio subsystem.
