About this role
Requirements:
- The requirement is for embedded software development with strong hands-on experience in embedded C/C++, RTOS, and low-level software development.
- A pure configuration/integration-only experience is not suitable.
- Primary focus should be on hands-on low-level embedded software development, rather than generic embedded/automotive experience.
- Recruiters must validate actual hands-on contribution in RTOS, BSP, device drivers, bootloaders, HAL, hardware debugging, and SoC/MCU-based development.
- Do not rely only on keywords mentioned in the CV; validate the candidate's actual development ownership and contribution.
MCAL - IC Calibration:
- Low-level device driver development is important.
- Automotive process/domain knowledge is mandatory.
