Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded firmware for Motor Control, BMS, and Charger applications.
• Implement motor control algorithms for AC, PMSM, and BLDC motors.
• Develop real-time embedded software using C/C++.
• Design, debug, validate, and optimize firmware on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers.
• Work with ARM-based embedded platforms and RTOS environments.
• Develop firmware using peripherals such as ADC, UART, GPIO, Timers, DMA, and Watchdog.
• Design and implement multithreaded embedded applications using RTOS.
• Collaborate closely with Hardware, Validation, System, and Product Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in Embedded C/C++ Programming.

• Hands-on experience in Motor Control Systems, BMS, and Charger Systems.
• Expertise in BLDC, PMSM, and AC Motor Control.
• Experience with microcontrollers from STM32, NXP, Infineon, Renesas, TI, Microchip, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of embedded peripherals and device drivers.
• Experience with RTOS-based application development.
• Understanding of firmware debugging, optimization, and validation techniques.
