Embedded C++ Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain embedded software and firmware using Embedded C++.
• Design, develop, debug, and troubleshoot software applications for embedded systems.
• Perform hardwaresoftware integration and resolve firmware-related issues.
• Work with embedded communication interfaces and protocols for device connectivity and data exchange.
• Participate in software testing, validation, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality software solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, source code, and development records.
• Follow established software development practices, coding standards, and version control procedures.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Embedded C++.
• Strong experience in software development.
• Good understanding of embedded software development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Embedded C and firmware development.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts such as FreeRTOS or VxWorks.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, or MQTT.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded platforms, and hardware–software integration.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and embedded development tools.
• Exposure to software testing, validation, and debugging tools.
