Role Summary:
Responsible for high-speed, multilayer PCB design, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, and collaborating with manufacturing teams for technical and production excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Design high-speed PCBs (DDR4/5, LPDDR, PCIe, MIPI 10 Gig+, Ethernet, etc.)
- Perform multilayer PCB design, including library part creation, placement, routing, and DRC setup and error clearance
- Generate and verify manufacturing files (Gerber, Hype File, Step Files/.dxf, panelizations) and ensure compliance using CAM and Valor Tool
- Recommend design changes based on PI and SI analysis reports
- Implement DFM/DFT/DFX requirements in PCB design
- Recommend and understand PCB stack-up
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance in PCB design
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team on technical and manufacturing matters
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design (DDR4/5, LPDDR, PCIe, MIPI 10 Gig+, Ethernet)
- Experience in multilayer PCB design and related processes
- Proficiency with Altium Design tool
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with EMI/EMC compliance in PCB design
- Experience in DFM/DFT/DFX implementation
