Email Support Executive

Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally.

Attend to client queries, requests, and concerns with accuracy and empathy.

Process bookings using Indecab software and ensure timely confirmations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and booking accuracy.

You will handle client and vendor queries through both emails and calls - Creating new booking through online portal & emails & reverting to clients / bookers for any additional information related to booking on online platforms.
