Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through professional and timely email communication.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, communication standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer support environment.
• Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts based on business requirements.
