Key Requirements:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Email Administration (Microsoft 365/Exchange Online/Exchange Server).
• Experience with Cisco Secure Email (IronPort) for email gateway administration, policy management, mail flow, and threat protection
• Hands-on experience with Valimail DMARC for email authentication, DMARC enforcement, and domain protection.
• Strong understanding of email protocols, mail flow, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, and access control concepts.
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and email security best practices.
• Good understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates, and encryption concepts.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, firewalls, routing basics).
• Experience troubleshooting email delivery, authentication, and security incidents.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Cybersecurity or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
