Andaaz Fashion is looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen customer engagement and drive conversions across our domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute promotional, newsletter, and transactional email campaigns.
• Build automated customer journeys, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation, subscriber engagement, and database hygiene.
• Monitor email deliverability and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Track campaign metrics, conversions, and revenue using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and email marketing dashboards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C.
• Knowledge of email automation, campaign analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Netcore Smartech/CEE or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification marketing is a plus.
