Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in Apollo.io and Brevo. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, cold email campaigns, email automation, and digital marketing focused on the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B email marketing and cold outreach campaigns.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io.
• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Brevo.
• Develop effective email sequences for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Research and identify potential clients in the U.S. market.
• Manage email databases, segmentation, and campaign lists.
• Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize email campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through email outreach and other digital marketing channels.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve content, research, and campaign strategies.
• Maintain accurate campaign and lead-generation reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing and/or Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Brevo is required.
• Experience with B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Strong understanding of email automation and campaign management.
• Experience targeting the U.S. market is preferred.
• Good knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong written English and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in U.S. B2B or healthcare marketing.
• Strong analytical and lead-generation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve campaign/lead-generation targets.
