Email Marketing & SEO Specialist (Klaviyo | US E-commerce)

We are a US-focused e-commerce brand selling golf products, and were hiring a hands-on Email Marketing & Organic Growth Specialist for our Indore office. You will own our organic growth: email and SMS retention through Klaviyo, and search visibility across Google and AI search tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

This is an execution role. We need someone who builds, runs and measures campaigns personally, not someone who only manages agencies.

What youll do

• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and VIP.
• Plan and send campaigns around US golf seasons, holidays and sales events such as Black Friday, Father’s Day and Masters week.
• Segment lists, run A/B tests, and improve open rate, click rate and revenue per recipient.
• Maintain deliverability through list hygiene, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and inbox placement.
• Own on-page, technical and content SEO for the store. This covers keyword research, product and collection pages, site speed, schema and internal linking.
• Optimise content for AI search and answer engines using structured data, FAQ content, and entity and brand signals.
• Plan blogs and buying guides for US golfers, and build quality backlinks.
• Track performance in GA4, Search Console and Klaviyo, and share monthly reports on traffic, rankings and email-attributed revenue.

Must have

• 3–6 years in e-commerce email marketing and SEO, with at least 2 years on US-market brands.
• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience with measurable revenue results. A portfolio or case studies are required.
• A strong SEO track record on e-commerce sites targeting US audiences.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Excellent written English with a feel for US consumer tone.
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, and of TCPA for SMS.
• Willingness to overlap with US hours when needed.

Good to have

• Experience in golf, sports or outdoor products.
• SMS marketing experience with Klaviyo SMS, Postscript or Attentive.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Use of AI tools for content and workflow efficiency.
