Email Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities • Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in the marketing automation platform as per briefs. • Clean, de-duplicate, and upload contact lists, and maintain segments and suppression lists. • Set up and update automated workflows under senior guidance. • Run pre-send QA checks on links, personalisation, rendering, and mobile responsiveness. • Make basic HTML/CSS edits to email templates and proofread email copy. • Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports in Excel. • Coordinate with design and content teams on assets and deadlines. Qualifications Email Marketing Technology • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience executing email campaigns, preferably in B2B. • Practical experience with at least one platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns. • Understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and basic deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounces). • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates. Excel Skills • Good working knowledge of Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, COUNTIF/SUMIF, and IF statements. • Ability to clean and format contact data and prepare accurate reports. Communication Skills • Good written and verbal English, with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. • Ability to follow briefs, coordinate with multiple teams, and give timely status updates. Desirable Skills • HubSpot Email Marketing certification or similar. • Experience with Litmus or Email on Acid. • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
