Email & Chat Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused US Email & Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide prompt and professional support to US-based customers through email and live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, good typing speed, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email and live chat for US-based customers.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA/TAT.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately in CRM/system.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats/emails.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
