Medinex Workforce is hiring Email & Chat Process Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. Responsibilities:
Assist in handling customer queries through email and chat channels.
Respond to basic customer questions using approved guidelines and templates.
Support the team in resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain clear and polite written communication with customers or users.
Record customer interactions, issues, and updates in internal systems or trackers.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.
Follow process guidelines, response standards, and communication protocols.
Help update FAQs, support notes, and basic documentation when assigned.
Maintain accuracy while sharing information with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required details for query resolution.
Support daily reporting of assigned tickets, responses, or pending cases.
Complete assigned support tasks within agreed timelines.
