Job Details:

• Language: Malayalam Mandatory
• Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Week Off: Fixed Sunday
• Salary: 18,000 – 19,000 CTC

Eligibility:

• Good communication skills
• Malayalam language proficiency
• Customer service experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication may also be considered
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, email and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
