Candidates will handle customer queries through email and chat support, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support.
  
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
  
• Ensure quick turnaround time while responding to customer queries.
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
