Requirements:

Certification in medical coding for certain positions is mandatory.
1+ years of experience in medical coding, preferably in the specified areas.
Proficiency in using coding software and familiarity with coding guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding assignments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
