Position: ELV Supervisor
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: MEP / Data Centre / Commercial Construction
Experience: 2-12 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI/B.tech

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and execution of ELV systems at the project site.
• Handle installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm (FAS), Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, Data & Voice Networks, BMS, and UPS monitoring systems.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Supervise technicians and workmen to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Carry out testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Review ELV drawings and coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, PHE, and Civil teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ELV installation and execution.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, Data & Voice, BMS, and Networking.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning (T&C).
• Ability to read ELV drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
• Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-12 years of ELV site execution experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
