Position: ELV Project Manager
Department: Projects / Engineering

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field
Location: Project Sites / Gujarat / India
Reporting To: Project Head / Technical Director

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ELV Project Manager to manage the complete execution of ELV projects, including Fire Alarm, Public Address / PAGA, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Structured Cabling, Networking, Video Intercom and other ELV systems.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, engineering coordination, material management, site execution, manpower management, testing & commissioning, client coordination, documentation and successful project handover.

Experience with Honeywell / Notifier Fire Alarm systems and industrial projects will be highly preferred.

2. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Plan and manage ELV projects from project kick-off to final handover.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules and manpower requirements.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, stores, accounts and site teams.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost and quality parameters.

ELV System Execution

Manage and supervise installation, testing and commissioning of:

• Fire Alarm & Fire Detection Systems
• Honeywell / Notifier Fire Alarm Systems
• Addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Public Address / PAGA Systems
• Voice Evacuation and Emergency Communication Systems
• CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
• Access Control Systems
• BMS / Building Automation Systems
• Structured Cabling and Networking
• IP-based PA / PAGA systems
• Video Intercom and Emergency Telephones
• Other ELV and security systems as required

Honeywell / Notifier Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and commissioning of Honeywell / Notifier fire alarm systems.
• Handle panels, detectors, modules, interfaces, network systems and graphical monitoring systems.
• Coordinate system programming, cause & effect logic and integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to fire alarm and ELV systems.
• Ensure installation and commissioning are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

Site & Manpower Management

• Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians and subcontractors.
• Allocate manpower based on project priorities and work fronts.
• Monitor daily site activities and productivity.
• Ensure proper installation practices and workmanship.
• Conduct regular site meetings and toolbox / technical discussions.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Client & Consultant Coordination

• Act as the primary project coordination point for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate timely execution.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
• Resolve technical and commercial coordination issues with the concerned teams.

Engineering & Documentation

• Review approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals and technical documentation.
• Review system architecture and ensure correct installation as per approved design.
