About the Roles & Responsibility

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for Electrical and ELV systems based on tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements
• Review and analyze electrical and ELV drawings to identify scope, quantities, and technical requirements
• Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for
• LV Power Systems
• Lighting Systems
• Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Data & Structured Cabling
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Public Address (PA) Systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance
• Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions while meeting project specifications and applicable standard
• Support tender submissions by preparing assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, and participating in pre-bid and post-bid discussions

. Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Electrical and ELV system
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation tool
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings and specification
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skill.
