Key Responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of MEP, ELV, and BMS works at site
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP, ELV systems
- Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Site planning, material handling, and manpower management
- Preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation
- Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at site
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in MEP, ELV projects
- Knowledge of HVAC integration, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and IBMS systems
- Strong understanding of ELV systems and MEP coordination
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations
