Elevator Commissioning Engineer

Job Summary

Nexa Elevator Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer with 36 years of experience in the elevator industry. The candidate will be responsible for commissioning newly installed elevators, conducting testing and inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and smooth operation before project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, inspection, and functional checks before handover.
• Configure elevator controllers, drives, and safety systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and project teams for timely completion.
• Attend customer sites for commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.
• Train clients or maintenance teams on elevator operation when required.
• Travel to project sites as assigned.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of elevator commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with elevator controllers such as Monarch, Arkel, Inditch.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and safety systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.
