Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Head with deep expertise in talent acquisition and HRBP leadership. This critical role reports to the CEO and is responsible for scaling our talent strategy across Engineering, Product, and Design organizations. The ideal candidate has risen from TA (Talent Acquisition) into a strategic HRBP role, with proven success building and managing world-class engineering and product teams.

About You:

Required Background & Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years in HR with clear progression from Talent Acquisition into senior HRBP or HR Head role

- Significant tenure as HRBP (3+ years) managing Engineering, Product, and/or Design organizations; direct experience scaling technical teams

- Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring engineering talent (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.) and product/design roles at scale

- Experience building or managing TA teams; comfort with metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire

- Demonstrated ability to scale from early-stage hiring (50 employees) to hypergrowth (200-500+ across multiple functions)

- Engineering Talent Expertise: Deep understanding of engineering hiring, assessment, comp benchmarks, and retention drivers for technical talent

- Product & Design Acumen: Ability to partner with product and design leaders; understand their talent needs, comp structures, and career frameworks

- TA Leadership: Track record of building or significantly scaling TA functions; experience with recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, and tech recruiting nuances

- Strategic HRBP Mindset: Ability to align organizational design, career ladders, and performance management with product and business roadmaps

Responsibilities:

- Engineering & Product HRBP Partnership: Lead HRBP function for Engineering, Product, and Design; be a strategic advisor to these teams on org design, hiring strategy, and people initiatives

- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Own the TA strategy for technical roles; set hiring goals, manage recruiting metrics, and establish sourcing partnerships with agencies and internal pipelines

- Hiring & Onboarding Excellence: Build a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding process for engineers, designers, and product managers; establish frameworks for quality assessment

- Compensation & Career Frameworks: Design competitive comp, equity, and leveling frameworks for engineering and product roles; ensure market alignment and internal equity

- Organizational Scaling: Partner on team structure, role definitions, and succession planning for critical technical leadership roles
