Role & responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets, including lead generation, business development, and marketing support.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mason, Engineers.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate should be smart, proactive, and possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Educational qualification must be Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or familiar with the North 24 Parganas region, particularly Bongaon, Kolkata, Taki Road, and nearby areas.
