Electroplating Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement electroplating processes to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on plated parts using SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement through Kaizen events.
• Develop and maintain documentation of process procedures, including CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in electroplating or related field.
• Strong knowledge of 7QC tools such as SPC, Ishikawa diagram, etc.
• Experience with Kaizen implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
