Electronics Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Inspect returned products to identify defects, damage, and quality issues
• Refurbish, repair, and restore products back to sellable/working condition
• Grade each item and decide the appropriate action: repair, resale, or scrap
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults at component/product level
• Maintain accurate QC records, repair logs, and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams on returned stock
• Follow quality standards, safety guidelines, and process checklists

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on repair and troubleshooting experience with electronic/electrical products
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Comfortable using basic repair tools and test equipment
• Ability to maintain clear documentation and work independently
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong practical skills may apply)
