Electronics & PCB Design Engineer

Company: Aproposdrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Shivajinagar, Pune | Experience: 2 to 5 Years | Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits, schematics and PCB layouts for EV controllers, motor controllers and power electronics.
• Select components and prepare BOM, Gerber files and manufacturing documents.
• Design single/multi-layer PCBs with proper component placement, routing, grounding and thermal considerations.
• Develop, test and debug electronic prototypes and PCB assemblies.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and support design validation and product testing.
• Coordinate with embedded software, mechanical teams, & testing teams.
• Work with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors for prototype and production requirements.
• Improve existing electronic and PCB designs based on testing and field requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics and PCB design.
• Hands-on experience with Altium, KiCad, OrCAD/Allegro or similar tools.
• Understanding of power electronics, EMI/EMC, signal integrity and grounding.
• Good knowledge of electronic components, datasheets and circuit design.
• Knowledge of CAN, motor controllers and embedded systems is an advantage.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in EV electronics, motor controllers, BLDC/PMSM/SRM, power electronics or automotive electronics.
