Job Role:
This job is placed in Bangalore office. The role requires working with international customers from industrial products dealing with Printed Electronics, Membrane switches, Custom applications, Touch sensor,
Touchscreen, PEDOT Sensors, Security circuitry, and Specialty circuitry. The job role involves supporting the
design and optimization of customed circuit design for customer products primarily involving membrane
switches and associates products. The design includes making a design intuitive circuit board design, functional
gateways, creating the manufacturing drawings at various layers of the switches.

Responsibilities:
1. Get engaged with the customer counterpart on day-to-day activities
2. Customer communication and gathering inputs for the task
3. Estimate, communicate and execute the daily tasks interacting with the customer
4. Maintain and present weekly work tracker on the status of each task
5. Requirement analysis, technical feasibility
6. KT and work closely with contract manufacturers
7. Develop SOP documentation for day to day activities
8. Implement customer standard work procedures and training/mentoring junior engineers

Membrane keyboard; Membrane switches, Name plates, Push button switches, Power cords etc.
2. Tools : ECAD (AutoCAD); Adobe; Windchill
: Capacitive touch screens; Electric switches; Flexible printed circuits; Graphic overlays;
Skills:
1. Technical
a. Technical architecture
b. PCB Schematics, PCB Layout, footprint analysis and optimization
c. Re-Engineering, end of life and transition
d. Component selection, obsolescence, BOM optimization and generation
e. Work closely with third party vendor for PCB fabrication & assembly
f. PI/SI Simulation, DFM/DFT analysis
g. Work closely with certification labs for pre-certification testing
h. Experience in designing the products complying with ISO, ASME, DIN, EU Standards
2. Communication & Coordination:
a. Ability to understand the product functional requirements and its working principles.
b. Excellent customer communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
c. Developing good working relationships with the team and inter multi-disciplinary groups
