Electro Hydraulic Engineer

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electro-hydraulic actuator systems and valve automation
• Hands-on experience in hydraulic power unit (HPU) design and control system integration.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components including pumps, cylinders, accumulators, manifolds,

proportional valves, and servo valves.

• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial controllers, sensors, transmitters, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of field communication protocols such as Modbus, CANopen, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, or Profinet.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, panel design, and motor control systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent engineering tools.
• Experience in system validation, performance testing, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SIL ratings, ATEX, and hazardous area requirements.
• Strong technical documentation and report preparation skill

Experience

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline. 5 to 10 years of experience in electro-hydraulic actuator systems, hydraulic power packs, industrial

automation, motion control, or valve automation products.

• Experience in valve automation, oil & gas, power, water treatment, or process industries preferred.
